Raw Coconut Wraps
I can not wait to make tacos with these wraps! They were a huge hit with the whole family and stayed together the entire time unlike other gluten-free wraps and lettuce which falls apart instantly. Indio wanted me to make him a "bologna sandwich" as soon as he saw the wraps so I used honey mustard salad dressing along with raw veggies, avocado, and smoked raw goat cheese. It was delicious! Thankfully he has no idea what a real bologna sandwich is.
Sweet Potato Sea Salt Chips
I have been wanting to try these potato chips for months. Finally, I got to taste the delicious sweet potato chips from Jackson's Honest Company. Indio absolutely loved these, I think he ate the whole bag by himself! They also have salt and vinegar chips which were my favorite growing up. I can see these in my near future, one bag for me and one bag for the rest of the family!
The ingredients in these potato chips are simple... the way it should be. Organic potatoes, organic coconut oil, and sea salt round out the ingredient list unlike other store bought chips laced with unhealthy oils. These chips are kettle fried by hand and are naturally gluten-free and vegan.
